Mobile App Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the mobile application ("App") provided by Blue Camel ("Company," "we," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update any information that may change. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;

- Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code;

- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality or security;

- Collect or store the personal data of other users without their consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant the App being uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada. By using the app you agree to mediation in the case of any legal dispute in the province of Ontario, Canada in lieu of court proceedings.
