A fuller practice. A focused pipeline for Tony.
One practice ecosystem, with two distinct Blue Camel services.ASC Growth Partnership
Give ASC clear marketing leadership and Tony a focused path to the clinical work he wants to do.
ASC already has campaigns, vendors and reporting tools. This engagement connects that work: clear expectations for the agency, reliable performance reporting and an accountable next step when something needs attention.
A separate execution service builds Tony’s Smile Virtual route—from the first click to a consultation request, video response and appointment.

Two services, one practice
What ASC gets
Clear direction for existing marketing
- One prioritized improvement plan, with owners and next actions.
- Agency expectations tied to the Emergency and Sedation campaigns.
- A performance view that distinguishes spend, inquiries, appointments and completed production.
- Documented reporting gaps, so decisions reflect what the data can support.
A focused route to Tony
- A Smile Virtual hero banner and a defined campaign destination.
- A Meta traffic campaign with a $500 first-30-day media budget.
- A clear handoff from consultation request to Tony’s video response and coordinator follow-up.
- Separate measurement for traffic, consultation requests and appointments where tracking supports it.
Less coordination on ASC’s plate
Blue Camel leads agency follow-up, consolidates the findings and turns them into a short decision list. ASC provides access, one decision-maker and a named coordinator; Tony provides clinical direction, approved messaging and video responses. Existing vendors continue their contracted execution.
A first month with tangible outputs
The first 30 days are designed to produce an agency expectations brief, a paid-campaign baseline, a RISEDDS accuracy review with an issue log, and the agreed Smile Virtual campaign and response workflow. Access, approvals, implementation ownership and the start date must be confirmed before the delivery window begins.
The baseline, issue log and handoff map form part of this scope. They give ASC useful working records as well as ongoing advice.
Know what has been verified
The RISEDDS review checks recorded spend, fee treatment and supported attribution against the available source records. Findings distinguish verified information, corrections needed and remaining limits. Campaign reporting distinguishes traffic from patient demand and attended care.
At the 30-day review, compare the agreed outputs with the evidence, address gaps and confirm the content-program launch plan. Day-90 priorities remain to be defined.
Two services. Clear investment.
| Service | Proposed investment |
|---|---|
| ASC marketing leadership | Reduced CMO retainer to be agreed, reflecting the revised responsibilities and capacity. |
| Tony’s Smile Virtual execution | Separate setup and management fees to be agreed for the selected campaign scope. The 129-post content program requires an agreed production and publishing scope and fee. |
| Meta media | $500 for the first 30 days, separate from service fees and existing vendor costs. |
Major technology builds, new deployments and wider operational ownership require separate scope. The service fees cover leadership and agreed deliverables; patient volume, production and financial returns depend on campaign performance and ASC’s response and clinical capacity.
Ready to start when ASC is ready to receive demand
The next move is to agree fees and the start date, confirm access and creative approval, and name the coordinator responsible for follow-up. Set the launch window around Tony’s appointment availability and the practice’s ability to respond.
Starting with a bounded first month gives ASC an early decision point while limiting the initial Meta media budget to $500. Additional spend or scope requires agreement.
30 / 60 / 90-day plan
Measure performance. Build Tony’s pipeline.
Part 1 · CMO leadership- Oversee agency performance for the current Emergency and Sedation campaigns.
- Establish performance expectations with the agency.
- Establish performance measurement for paid campaigns.
- Validate ROI accuracy in the RISEDDS dashboard.
- Add a Smile Virtual hero banner and connect the Meta campaign destination.
- Establish the Smile Virtual pipeline: request → Tony’s video response → coordinator follow-up → appointment with Tony.
- Launch a Meta traffic campaign with a $500 ad budget for the first 30 days.
The $500 is media spend; setup and management fees are separate.
Help patients see what is possible.
Develop Smile Virtual content ideas and a weekday posting calendar that moves patients from curiosity to a personal consultation with Tony.
- See the possibility: “You can change your smile.” Build awareness and interest.
- Explore the options: Explain different approaches, including Invisalign, implants and other clinically appropriate treatments.
- Take the next step: “See what may be possible for you with a free Smile Virtual consultation.”
3 posts per weekday · Monday–Friday
One post for each stage, every posting day.
43 posting days × 3 = 129 social posts.
Planning assumption: 43 weekdays in the selected 60-calendar-day period. Confirm the start date, holidays and channels before scheduling. This describes a 60-day publishing run; it does not imply 129 posts fit into days 31–60.
Content creation and publishing are additional marketing execution. Agree formats, assets, clinical review, publishing ownership and fees before production. Tony approves clinical claims and confirms the free-consultation offer.
